Mr. Grant and his team did a great job on the construction of our new deck. He kept us informed of the progress being made and also brought us to the loop anytime a decision needed to be made. His team spent a few extra days working on the deck to make it perfect. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! My husband and I were in need of a small deck project in our backyard. The area is at the bottom of a sloping hill that has a watershed path which causes water to collect and prevents us from being able to use this space for half of the year. Our family loves to be outside, and with an 8 year old and a dog, this is a must! We have had several things done to help, but we finally settled on the idea of a platform type deck to allow us to walk this portion of our yard without running through mud and water! My husband and I got at least ten other estimates and selected Grant Group for several reasons. First, Gui is kind and professional. In a day and age where many businesses don't value consumers, he stands out as one who truly cares about the work he is doing, and he does what he says he is going to do! He came out to our house more than once to go over our ideas, and give us an estimate. He was always on time, and stayed in contact with us throughout the build. He was respectful of our space, and he cleaned up nicely after the project was done. We really appreciated that he wanted to address the runoff issues and wound up installing a French drain to help our problem area. He added gravel to help with drainage and then built our deck above in the area that we wanted. He is hard working, and his estimates are fair. He gave us exactly what we asked for. I am so glad we were able to work with him and now have a beautiful outdoor space that we can enjoy all year long. Our family will certainly be doing business again with him and we highly recommend his work!

We needed someone to get rid of all of our old wrought iron porch posts and replace them with pine-wrapped 6x6s. Gui was fantastic to work with. He was so accommodating, professional, and polite! I always received rapid responses to any questions or issues, and he didn’t hesitate to say “ok” to my last minute change order when we asked to add one more post. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves once they were finished, and the porches look great. Everything is dead level and done well. Plus it was easy and hassle-free to make a deposit and pay the final invoice through his online portal. I would absolutely recommend Grant Construction and will be using them again in the future!

Grant Group Construction remodeled my kitchen and the results were amazing! They painted, did flooring, stained my cabinets, replaced my counter tops, and added a backsplash. My kitchen looks absolutely beautiful and the cost of the work was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Grant Group as they are professional, responsive, and meticulous in the work the do.

I really enjoyed working with Grant Group Construction. When I first met Gui I knew I would not have to worry. He is a southern gentleman & a man of his word in every way. We have been restoring our lake house for the last 4 years and Grant Group was bought in to complete the final details. From cement repair, retainer wall rebuild, bathroom remodel, 2 story detach garage remodel, installing glass, assembling & painting.
